Small printer’s type cabinet, a wooden set of shallow drawers designed for storing metal movable type in various sizes for letterpress printing. Fitted with ring pull handles and compartmentalised interiors, it was used in print shops and publishing. Reflects traditional typesetting practice. 1920s–1940s
