HELLO! This is a horn loudspeaker, used for projecting sound over long distances in public address, industrial, or outdoor warning systems. With a flared fibreglass horn and metal mounting bracket, it was commonly used in factories and transport settings, dating from the 1950s to 1970s. The central cone is a small cone painted black. Not all speakers have the cones.
