This is a Telequipment oscilloscope, a valve-based laboratory instrument used for viewing and measuring electronic waveforms on a cathode-ray tube display. With its distinctive circular screen and modular plug-in amplifiers, it was widely used in service departments and technical education before solid-state designs became standard. Circa mid–late 1960s.
