This is a Hartley Electromotives CT436 oscilloscope, a dual-channel laboratory instrument used for observing and measuring electronic waveforms. With its valve-based circuitry and twin Y amplifiers, it was designed for more advanced analysis in research, servicing, and industrial electronics. Circa 1950s–early 1960s.
